Payment Method?

We accept payments through local bank deposit through BDO, METROBANK and BPI.
  • What should I do after I pay?
You need to send us a copy / screenshot of your deposit slip as proof of your payment. Please also write from the deposit slip your NAME and ORDER # (this is provided if you did order directly from the website)
  • I can’t wait for my orders to arrive! How do I track them?
Trust us, we cannot wait too! To track the status of your orders, visit online Order Tracking, for LBC - http://www.lbcexpress.com.
You will also receive another email once your orders are about to leave our warehouse en-route to your shipping address.

 

  • When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship orders Mondays to Saturdays. Once we received your payment confirmation, and if payment made before cut-off time (10:00 am), we immediately deliver your order. An order is considered “Shipped” once it has been picked up by the courier. Please allow 2-3 business days delivery both for Metro Manila and Provincial orders. There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays, and there is no guarantee that orders will be delivered on the same day an order is shipped.

 

  • It’s been more than 5 working days! How do I follow up my order?
Please email us at minnie_t29@yahoo.com and we will sort this out for you ASAP. We’re so sorry for the delay.
 
  • Do I have to be there when my orders are delivered?
Not at all. You may designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf. In the Checkout page, you will find a field for Delivery Instructions —that’s where you can note your representative’s name so they can receive your orders for you.

 

  • Can my orders be delivered to an office address?
Yes, of course. On the Checkout page, simply indicate that your shipping address is an office address. That way, we will aim to deliver Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
  • Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go though them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped unless the items are Out Of Stock.
  • Do you offer Exchange of Item or Money Back Guarantee?
Unfortunately we are NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE and NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
If items received are deformed or leakage, its due to mishandling by the courier and that is beyond our control. We assure that all items before leaving our premises ARE ALL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION and we packed it with a bubblewrap to ensure of the safety of your order. We are not also responsible for the delays due to weather or undeliverable addresses.
